Some 6.7mil motorists plying the Malaysian roads do not have valid driving licenses and they pose a danger not only to themselves but also to innocent road users.To address this, the Road Transport Department (RTD) has initiated the myLESEN programme to see some 300,000 unlicensed motorcyclists nationwide obtain their license within the coming month.
