Retired Federal Court judge Gopal Sri Ram, who is leading the prosecution against Rosmah Mansor, said they have already handed over 99.9 percent of the relevant documents to the defendant's counsel.
Rosmah's lawyer K Kumaraendran had earlier today requested for one month from the courts to transfer the case to the High Court saying they were still waiting for the prosecution team to provide one last document, a bank statement.
