Prime Minister Najib Razak said that the decision by the US administration in recognising Jerusalem as Israel's capital had an impact on the peace process in the Middle East.
In his speech at the Extraordinary Islamic Summit of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul yesterday he said that the OIC must unite to reject the move to recognise Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel and that it must ultimately be the capital of the state of Palestine.
