Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on Tuesday said Malaysia’s debt will surge to RM1 trillion if GST and road toll collection are abolished as promised in Pakatan Harapan’s general election manifesto. He was speaking at the programme ‘Budget 2018 with the People: Youths and Students’ at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) in Arau.
