CIMB Group Holdings Bhd has appointed Datuk Mohd Nasir Ahmad to be the bank’s group chairman effective Saturday following an approval it had obtained from Bank Negara.
Nasir replaced Datuk Seri Nazir Tun Razak who had expressed his intention to retire by the end of the year.
