Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the Covid-19 test result document is only valid at the time of the testing and should not be used to determine the status of the individual after that.
“We (Health Ministry) do not give out any wristband or (determine whether someone is negative for Covid-19) based on letters.
“The letter is only valid during the testing. Those who have done the test, at the time they may be negative, but tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, we do not know.
“They might be exposed to the community again and we know the virus is still present in the community so they might still get infected.
