Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said that there was negligence on the part of the drivers that led to the train collision between an Ekspres Rakyat train from Butterworth to Johor Baru with an electric train service from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh on May 7th.
