Some board of directors of the new Chinese schools are confident that construction can start next year, said MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Meanwhile, Dr. Wee said it is inappropriate for him to comment on Robert Kuok’s memoir content related to MCA as those incidents happened before he joined the party.
