【本報訊】譚詠麟、張學友、陳奕迅及陳慧琳等歌星所屬的環球唱片，不滿卡拉OK連鎖龍頭Neway使用翻版的K歌錄像，去年入稟高等法院索償及要求Neway刪歌，Neway以等候版權牌照案件裁決為由，要求擱置聆訊。高院昨頒判詞直指Neway沒有可爭論的抗辯理由，濫用程序，裁定環球勝訴，下令Neway須於7天內永久刪除侵權K歌，賠償環球損失並支付懲罰性訟費。
