In a media briefing Thursday evening, Malay NGOs spokesperson denied connection with the rampaging group at Petaling Street, claiming it could be a "set up" apart from alleging that they were baited and lured by certain quarters. Speaking on behalf of the organiser, he also promised to undertake the clean up cost of Wednesday's rally. He ended the media briefing with a stern warning to Bersih: "We will see you on the street the next time you decide to do so."
