Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming has called on Rantau Panjang MP Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff to apologise for using water from a fire hydrant.

Without naming names, Nga also advised Siti Zailah to stop lying just to defend her actions.

“I call on any party involved - I don't want to mention names even though it's public knowledge - to apologise to the Fire Department. And if it's true, stop making untrue statements."

He said based on investigation, it is clear and has been verified by the state Fire Department director, that there was no permission given.
