Several non-governmental organisations (NGO) consisting of various residents associations and the Penang Forum held another protest against the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP) on Friday.
The groups wanted the PTMP to be reviewed and claimed that the Pan Island Link 1 (PIL1) was a reborn of Outer Ring Road (PORR), which Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow was against when he was in the Opposition.
