Five representatives from the Defend Kuala Langat North Forest Reserve (PHSKLU) coalition submitted a memorandum on the Kuala Langat North Forest Reserve (KLNFR) at the state government building today.

The NGOs were initially barred from reaching the Selangor state government office after police set up roadblocks along the main road leading to the location.

Police eventually allowed five representatives from coalition to go through and submit their memorandum.

The memorandum was to demand the Selangor government to immediately cancel the de-gazettement of half of Kuala Langat North Forest Reserve (KLNFR).
