PAS central leadership committee member Nik Mohamad Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz has stressed that there was nothing political about his recent meeting, alongside his older brother Nik Omar, with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

Utusan Malaysia quoted Nik Abduh describing the meeting at a hotel in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, last Friday, as an ordinary affair.

"While I was an MP, I often met Anwar in Parliament. But since he became prime minister, I hardly get to see him," said Nik Abduh.
