DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke said the decision by former Penang deputy chief minister II P Ramasamy to quit the party will not affect Pakatan Harapan's campaign for the state elections.
Loke said he had expected Ramasamy’s action following the latter’s omission as a candidate in the Penang polls.
He added that individuals and leaders come and go, the most important thing is that the party remains strong.
