No air service licence (ASL) will be issued to troubled low-cost carrier MYAirline, until all refunds are made to its customers and deals with former staff are fulfilled, says Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
Loke also said he would be meeting with MYAirline and the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) after it reportedly signed a sale and purchase agreement last month with an investor from the Middle East.
