Noh Omar, the BN Kajang by-election director, today described the by-election as a husband and wife affair.
He says the husband, Anwar Ibrahim, is repaying his wife, Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, by letting her replace him in Kajang, to return a favour after she gave up her Permatang Pauh parliamentary seat back in 2008
