Nooryana Najwa Najib burst into tears today as she ended her speech with a prayer for her father, Najib Abdul Razak who is currently in jail.

Speaking at the 2023 Umno general assembly today, the daughter of the former prime minister also reiterated calls for Najib to be given justice.

Nooryana also shared a line from her father's journal which was to "Protect our home. Protect our members. Protect our race and struggle because Umno is our duty."
