After officiating an event at the UTAR campus in Selangor on Thursday, Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang dismissed claims that China companies' venture into 1Malaysia Development Berhad's assets was a political move to "exchange something" and "silence the South China Sea issue".
