Inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar did not rule out the possibility of using the National Security Council Act (NSC Act) if Bersih 5 is conducted illegally and posed a threat to the national security of the country.
He said that the Bersih 5 rally would only be allowed if it is conducted according to the law.
