Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador
oversaw the official handing over ceremony for his newly minted deputy, Datuk Mazlan Mansor.
The ceremony also saw Mazlan officially stepping away from his position as Bukit Aman Commercial Crimes Investigations Department (CCID) director.
The department would be led by acting director, Deputy Comm Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin.
