Five years ago, One Direction started off as contestants on the X Factor and now they’ve come full circle by performing on the show that turned them into superstars.
Harry, Louis, Liam, and Niall returned to their old stomping grounds to reminisce on the good times, but not before giving the audience a perfect performance.
One Direction has been super busy promoting their latest album, ‘Made In the A.M.,’ but they weren’t too busy to stop by X Factor’s results show! The boys seriously wow the crowd with an amazing performance of ‘Perfect.’ Don’t believe me? Just watch!

Okay, I may be a little biased, but how PERFECT did the guys sound?? For the viewers at home, after 1D’s performance, they witnessed something absolutely magical. Try not to cry when I tell you this, during the break, the boys surprised their Directioners with a commercial that simply said QUOTE ‘Thank You, Love Louis, Liam, Niall and Harry .x.’ with their song ‘History’ playing in the background.
That was such a sweet gesture. Of course being back on the X factor brought back some great memories and even though they’re used to performing in front of thousands, there was something about singing on that very stage that gave them, well, I’ll let Niall tell you…
They’re not even competing and the judges can still give them anxiety attacks! Now I want to hear from you!
