Defender Justen Glad of Real Salt Lake AZ's U-17/18 Academy team recently signed a homegrown contract with his MLS side. Glad takes some time during U.S. U-18 MNT camp to discuss his decision to sign with Real Salt Lake and the opportunity to compete during RSL's preseason, and he looks back at the Academy national title with Real Salt Lake AZ's U-15/16s last year.
