Johor Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Chairman Datuk Osman Sapian has proposed that Vision 2020 be raised again as an economic and bumiputera development agenda.
Osman said that when met on the second day of the 2nd Bersatu annual general meeting on Sunday, adding that the younger generation and women as the future heirs of the nation should learn from Dr Mahathir's advice in ensuring the welfare of the Malays and other races.
When asked to comment on ex-Umno members joining Bersatu, Osman, who is also Johor Mentri Besar said the party top leadership had agreed that they do not want an “Umno culture” to exist in their party.
