The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) revealed today that Felcra Bhd made payments in kind to its board of directors for three years since 2010 without the Ministry of Finance's (MoF) consent.
According to PAC chairman Nur Jazlan Mohamed, a request was made to the MOF in 2008 by Felcra but it was rejected and another request was sent recently after payments had already been made.
