Temerloh MP Nasrudin Hassan told a forum in Bandar Baru Bangi last night that in Islam, appointed leaders have executive powers and such executive decisions must be obeyed.
He says not all decisions must be made through 'musyawarah' (consensus), despite it being a common Islamic practice.
