Some 100 PAS members and supporters urged the Home Ministry to pull the plug on Nanyang Siang Pau after accusing the century-old Chinese newspaper of stoking religious tension.
The demand was aired during a protest outside the daily's office in Petaling Jaya over a cartoon which depicted PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang and Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia as monkeys.
