PAS has urged Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to specify what he meant by “RM500 million and RM750 million” in a statement yesterday, purportedly over enticements for govt MPs to defect.

This comes following a statement by Anwar yesterday after the prime minister had a face-to-face audience with Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah at Istana Negara.

Anwar had said if anyone wants to donate RM500 million or RM750 million, it should be channelled directly to the poor and needy in the country.
