PAS Youth leader Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamudden said that PAS' pre-school Pusat Asuhan Tunas Islam (Pasti) is run with volunteer teachers and funded by minimal fees and donations from the public.
He said this in response to Human Resources Minister Steven Sim, who had warned companies, including Pasti, to not take their workers' welfare lightly.
