PDRM Director of Management Zulkifi Abdullah today demonstrated the new Smart Lockup systems that employ high-tech closed circuit television camera systems in order to detect and warn police in advance about impending mishaps or accidents that may happen in the prison environment. The new system has been installed in some prisons already and seeks to repair the negative perceptions about the condition and safety of lockups in the country
