#PETRONAS | Corporate Social Responsibility - Ngiling Bidai Begulai Enggau PETRONAS 2017

PETRONAS celebrates Ngiling Bidai (Gawai closing celebration).
The Ngiling Bidai this year was one to cherish for some 47 less privileged families from 10 longhouses around Similajau near Bintulu, Sarawak. For most of them, it was the first time their Gawai celebration was so joyful and meaningful – thanks to PETRONAS’ generosity and caring staff.
The 47 families, some with single parents and senior citizens, received cash contributions and food baskets from PETRONAS at the Ngiling Bidai Begulai Enggau PETRONAS 2017 celebration held at Rumah Sumok, Similajau, Bintulu-Miri road.
The cash and goodies were collectively contributed by PETRONAS subsidiaries in Bintulu namely Malaysia LNG Group of Companies (MLNG), PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd Sarawak Gas (PCSB Sarawak Gas), ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn Bhd (ABF), PETRONAS Dagangan Bhd (PDB), PETRONAS Floating LNG Satu, and Sabah-Sarawak Gas Pipeline Project Sdn Bhd (SSGP) PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, Sabah Asset.
The event was officiated over by State Assemblyman for Samalaju Encik Majang Renggi.
More than 100 PETRONAS staff also joined the celebration and side activities.
