PewDiePie was already having a great month marrying his longtime girlfriend Marzia (MARCE-ZIA). But it just got even better because he just became the first individual YouTube creator to surpass 100 million subscribers.
What’s up? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and Felix Kjellberg (SHELL_BERG), better known as PewDiePie, is one of the most successful creators in YouTube history.
And over the weekend he hit the milestone of 100 million subscribers, which is nearly nine years after he posted his very first YouTube video.
Though his rise to fame didn’t come without some serious controversy and scandal, he undeniably has one of the biggest audiences on YouTube.
Shortly after PewDiePie hit the 100 million subscriber milestone, YouTube itself tweeted out a congratulations to him and shared a celebratory video of his years on the platform.
