Pakatan Harapan Youth leaders have called on Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin to put Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin on leave while claims made against him are investigated.
Former inspector-general of police Abdul Hamid Bador had previously revealed that Hamzah wanted to replace the head of the Special Branch, which is the police's intelligence unit.
This was after the Special Branch purportedly snubbed Hamzah's request to conduct political operations for him and instead reported him to Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin.
