Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced on Wednesday that the Government has decided to cancel the contract for the second phase of the RM5.2bil Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) rail upgrade project which was awarded to Dhya Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd. Loke said it is important that the project be continued, but through open tenders for better value.
