PKR unveiled a line-up of 72 parliamentary candidates at an event in Ampang, Selangor yesterday night.

Among the candidates is Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari who will be taking on Bersatu supreme council member Azmin Ali - who left PKR in 2020 - in the latter’s parliamentary seat of Gombak.

The announcement also saw incumbent MP Maria Chin Abdullah being dropped from her Petaling Jaya seat for Semambu state assemblyperson Lee Chean Chung.

Incumbent MPs who have been retained to defend their seats include Fahmi Fadzil (Lembah Pantai), William Leong (Selayang), Wong Chen (Subang), P Prabakaran (Batu), and Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad (Setiawanga).
