Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced on Thursday that the economic returns generated by Prasarana Malaysia Berhad in 2016 amounted to RM13.3bil. The figure constitutes savings in passengers' expenses and time and a reduction in traffic congestion due to the improved public transport system in the country.
