Penang police arrested the suspect of a hit-and-run accident which caused the death of 58-year-old Foo Swee Wah.
Foo was killed after she was hit by a motorcyclist who ran the red light at a pedestrian crossing near the Pulau Tikus police station on Thursday.
OCPD Asst Comm Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the suspect was arrested at Penang Hospital and later brought to the northeast district traffic police station.
