Police collect RM42mil in traffic summonses during discount period

Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) director Datuk Azisman Alias said over RM42mil in traffic summonses were successfully collected through online payments with a 50% discount within five days starting from Jan 18.
In a press conference on Friday, Azisman said 402,714 summonses, with the highest number being driving exceeding the speed limit at 64.8%, were settled by offenders during the campaign.
