Umno Youth chief Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh said he has been detained by the police in Kota Kinabalu.

On his Facebook page today, Akmal said this is despite him being scheduled to record his statement at Dang Wangi police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.
