The police officer who was caught on camera assaulting deaf e-hailing driver Ong Ing Keong is finally being brought to justice.
According to a police spokesperson, the officer will be charged in Kuala Lumpur today, under Section 323 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt.
