The Malaysian Muslim Consumers' Association (PPIM) has expressed disappointment with state of police lock-ups in the country.
PPIM's Special Action Unit Director Yusuf Azmi, who has spent time in the Dang Wangi district police headquarters lock-up, compared it to a pig pen.
