Property developer Datuk Tan Eng Boon was slapped with a RM1.5mil fine in default of a year in jail by the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Tuesday after pleading guilty to abetting former FT minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor in corruption.
