The Shah Alam High Court on Friday was told the prosecution will prove the death of Cradle Fund CEO Nazrin Hassan was due to murder and not caused by a fire in a house in Mutiara Homes on June 14 last year.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Raja Rozela Raja Toran said the fire was to destroy evidence that might show the real cause of his death and that Nazrin’s widow, Samirah Muzaffar, is the the person behind it all.
