An agreement between the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) and the private sector will enable PTPTN borrowers to land better jobs and experience higher standard of living.
PTPTN chairman Wan Saiful Wan Jan said the agreement is still the framework and that the actual process would be announced In the near future.
