Former International Trade and Industry minister Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz said government-linked companies (GLCs) should be renamed development-linked companies to better reflect its roles and functions. She was speaking at the "Malaysia: A New Dawn" conference in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday.
