PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli has apologised for misidentifying a woman and alleging her involvement in an exposé involving Putrajaya appointing a US lobbyist.
Rafizi said he had misidentified the wrong Florence Goh in a previous statement, and accepted responsibility for his mistake.
