A nightclub DJ, who posted a video on Facebook, ranting about the police, was charged at a magistrate's court in Kuala Lumpur for driving under the influence.
Ooi Kok Wei, 31, was accused of having 84mg of alcohol content in 100ml blood, which is 4mg more than the permissible content.
