Exclusive HD video with Mr. Sunshine Jeams, General Manager, Rashmi's Plaza Hotel in Vientiane, Laos. This interview was filmed on 23 January 2013 at the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) in Vientiane. Rashmi's Hotels and Resorts is a new company which opened its first hotel in 2012. It already has two other hotels in the pipeline, both scheduled to open in 2015, one in Luang Prabang and the other in Vang Vieng.
