Tanjung Bidara state assemblyperson Abdul Rauf Yusof was sworn in as the 13th Malacca chief minister in a ceremony held at the state governor's office this afternoon.
The 3.30pm ceremony saw Rauf, who is Malacca Umno liaison chief, taking his oath of secrecy before Malacca governor Mohd Ali Rustam.
He replaces Sulaiman Md Ali, who resigned as chief minister on Wednesday.
