Click Here To Subscribe! ► - Emulating the very popular video game "SpinTires" with a Radio Control truck is just too cool! SpinTires is a game that Google will tell you much about :) Oddly enough, the irony is not lost on me when I think that Video Games are emulating "real life" scenarios - and yet, here I can take it to a whole new level, emulating the video game with the imagination & robotics.. Yes, I just blew your mind.
I wanted a very unique and fun Triple Axle truck and this "Frankenhauler" as I call it, is super cool. I have upgraded the driveshafts to steel, and the truck is powered with a Tekin 45t Hand Wound Brushed motor. The sound unit is a throttle responsive and was sold in 2013. It is no longer available. The front cab is a piece of an old toy I used to have. A Tonka Dump Truck. We all dreamed as children these trucks zooming around on their own.. so when I got older.. I made one. Hah! The back flat deck is made from a "tamiya" transport trailer. I have shaved it down and customized it to fit the triple axle chassis. The cargo I am transporting today is a Diesel Engine for a Dimond Mine truck.
I am powering everything with a high output Lithium Polymer battery - 2S, 4200mah
Enjoy the show!
